Absolutely Cross-disciplinary! Dance of the Cranes

Beautifully presented at the site of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC), on 25th June 2014, the “Dance of the Cranes” was inspired by the project’s architect, Renzo Piano, and directed by Myron Michailidis, of the Greek National Opera (GNO). The music is by Gustav Holst - “The Planets”, and the choreography by Renato Zanella. This is truly a cross-disciplinary project and inspirational to see that imagination is not limited to the onsite architectural design but can flow across into the arms and means of cosntruction.
